How does the treatment work?

Plasma fibroblast treatment acts on the fibroblast cells in the papillary layer of your epidermis. The treatment involves the application of an electrical arc that transfers heat to the epidermal layer and subsequently to the fibroblasts, making them shrink in size. This contraction reduces the excess skin appearance, thus improving the aesthetics of that area.

Although the treatment causes locally controlled damage due to the electrical arch, the skin doesn’t burn, and there are minimal side effects.

Post-treatment, you can see small dry spots (scabs) on the treated skin, which ideally need 5-7 days to fall off. You need to take extra care of your skin during this time. We will provide an aftercare cream which you can use to clean your skin till the spots disappear.
